Statement  Rug paintings, or floorcloths, are a traditional craft dating from the 18th century. They have antecedents in stenciling and block printing. A rug painting can add a colorful accent or be the focus of a room. Made of canvas, painted with acrylics, and generously varnished, these rugs are sturdy, easy to clean, and eye-catching. Each of my rugs is a unique, one-of-a-kind, quality-crafted piece. Commissioned designs are welcomed. |
